Annie and the Bang Bang like to genre hop from dreamy folkpop to grunge-meets-late-sixties rock to swampy psychedelic grooves, crafting musical gems that value energy, animal intelligence, poetry, and mischief. Bands woven into their musical DNA are REM, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Radiohead, PJ Harvey, and Liz Phair. The communal experience of playing with one another for other people is the driving force of their passion and purpose.
